Suomenlinna dormitories

Complete refurbishment and extensions of three labour colony dormitory buildings on the sea fortress of Suomenlinna.
Almost all structures and surfaces were rebuilt to fit in the precious fortress environment.
Each dorm room houses two inmates working in the labour colony.
Ascetic ambiance is created by the choice of colours and materials, e.g. the plywood ceiling and plain lighting fixtures.
