The apartments range from small one room flats to two room family apartments and larger apartments with three bedrooms and a shared kitchen. Common sauna with a roof terrace overlooks the courtyard and sea bay.

The solid red brick walls toward the street are complimented by a lighter, colourful façade of the courtyard side. The array of different shades of green on the façade and the staircase walls add individual and homely feel to the apartments.
