Four new apartments were built in place of a cold attic.
The roof structure was completely rebuilt.

    Description:

    Loft conversion of an early 20th century residential building located in Punavuori district, Helsinki. The attic floor of the courtyard building of a preserved housing quarter was converted into four unique apartments. Coinciding the conversion, the courtyards and the common facilities of the quarter of were rearranged and updated.
