Kruunuvuori coastal path
Description:
Kruunuvuori is a rocky hill rising from the sea on the sea side just north of the new residential area of Kruunuvuorenranta and its planned bridge connection to the central Helsinki. The coastal path connects the residential areas in the south to the recreational area in the north. The path draws its inspiration from the sea and its surrounding nature.
Carefully following the shapes of the terrain, the concrete path makes its way to the old villa district, where the remaining foundations of destroyed 19th century summer houses will be converted into places for various public activities.
